外贸业务员如何跟进客户邮件报过去价格,没有回音
当客户不回复你的回信的时候,我想问几个问题:
1.你在报价前了解客户的情况了吗?你了解他的公司名、网址、所在地、公司运营方式。如果你不了解,只是充满希望地给他发了一份详尽的报价,在没得到回复后无端地打击自己,而且也没有找到原因,长此以往,也许你的自信心就没了,你开始怀疑公司的实力和自己的能力,更有可能放弃外贸这一行业,这值得吗?
a.这封询盘很可能是竞争对手探价,如果他没有给你网址和国外的电话,邮件地址还是一个免费的,你就不得先问一问了
b.他是哪个国家的,公司实力如何,如果是尼日利亚的呢?你却没了解过,
c.他是什么类型的公司,是零售、系统集成、个人还是批发商?如果前几种,他不回就让他不回吧,省点时间叹气,找别的客户去吧
2.报价前你了解他的需求了吗?
很多的业务员害怕问问题,客户要报价就老实地发了报价,多的不敢问了,害怕客户生气。其实没什么好怕的,完全可以问问他,May I know the application of the product?或者,Could you please introduce something about the project?或者,have you carried any products like this before?。。。。
