新注册的亚马逊账号没有销售权怎么办?
一、新注册亚马逊北美站账号无销售权的原因分析
新卖家的北美站帐号注册成功后会收到亚马逊邮件,内容如下:Hello,We have finished our review of your account.You may now sell on Amazon.com,Amazon.ca,and Amazon.com.mx.Thank you for selling with Amazon。
此前及当下,使用招商经理通道注册亚马逊北美站点开店流程为:预登记-注册-资质审核。即卖家获取注册链接,完成注册步骤后,登录后台点击店铺右上角的“帮助-问题日志”,提交“营业执照+法人身份证正反面+空白帐单”进行资质审核,通过该审核店铺就会有销售权,但近来不少卖家通过资质审核后仍无销售权,这是咋回事呢?下面来梳理一下情况。无销售权,店铺可能处于以下两种情况:
第 1 种情况:销售权是“假”的状态
卖家通过资质审核,但上传产品后发现产品在后台显示可售,在前台显示不可售,销售权呈“假”状态,开 case 联系亚马逊客服,客服判断帐号需联系绩效团队处理,因其也无法处理,这就需与审核团队沟通。
嗯,这挺磨人,后台的小红旗(如下图)本就扎眼,还得和审核团队沟通,就扎心了。
有小红旗提示,卖家需逐个点击查看详细内容。点击上图的“已取消您的销售权。了解此操作的更多信息。”后,会有下图提示。
有这种提示,其实不必慌张,同时可查验亚马逊是否有发邮件,若有,可能收到如下邮件内容:Hello,
Thank you for registering to sell on Amazon.com. We are conducting a review of your account in order to comply with applicable laws related to commercial transactions. You will be unable to sell on our site until our review is complete.
If you do not hear from us again within the next two business days, please contact us at seller-confirmation@amazon.com. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

这种情况代表亚马逊对你的帐号进行审核。即便现在无销售权,也无需做什么,直接等待审核结果。若审核团队需你提供资料,会接着发邮件,内容如下:Hello,

这种情况,需传真以下资料:
1.提供帐单((银行账单/公用事业帐单如水电、法人信用卡帐单)
2.提供 Reference ID(邮件内有提供直接 copy 即可)
3.提供注册邮箱
资料传真成功后,亚马逊审核团队会给你发一封邮件告知已收到传真资料。一般来说,收到传真后若无问题会直接解封帐号。
但若传了传真资料后,帐号仍未解封,还是无销售权,卖家则需联系招商经理,或发邮件到 seller-confirmation@amazon.com 进行申诉,陈述卖什么产品、公司背景、注册完已按要求提交审核资料、已发送传真等信息,要求恢复销售权限。
第 2 种情况:依旧是销售权被限消
若后台有小红旗提示已取消销售权限,但收到的不是上述所提邮件,那应会收到如下邮件内容:We reviewed your account and determined that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com. Your listings have been removed from our site. This decision was partly made due to our inability to verify information provided for or related to your seller account. This information includes but is not limited to selling history and listings...

收到这种邮件后,需发申诉信给审核团队,说明自己公司是首次做亚马逊,是新卖家,注册资料均干净,也已通过资质审核(卖家身份信息验证),但不知何因取消销售权,现申请恢复销售权等。大意如此。具体卖家可自行组织语言写邮件申诉。当邮件发出后,审核团队会回复一封邮件,如下:Hello,

这封邮件有 8 个小问题,从不同角度验证、审核卖家资质和信息,这需卖家仔细回答,并要求提交发票、营业执照作为附件验证。很多卖家回复此邮件后亚马逊并未恢复销售权,可能是回得不够详细,致审核团队无法验证审核信息,这种情况,卖家需再次修改答案,重新发邮件给 seller-performance@amazon.com 进行申诉。
二、申请恢复销售权原则
总的来说,若亚马逊北美站新帐号无销售权,那么开店流程就变成:预登记-注册-资质审核-恢复销售权。很多卖家就卡在销售权这个节点。给审核团队发很多次邮件,要么没回应,要么直接拒绝不给销售权。这种情况建议多发几次邮件。该申诉无时间限制。
