新年开工了,很多企业由于供应链环节以及各类不确定因素发生了变化,工厂生产产品的资源和服务成本也随之增加了,于是准备更新一波产品价格。换而言之,就是:要涨价了!
很多人就担心,成交那么多次的忠实客户,价格一直没有变过,现在却突然说涨价了,会不会流失客户?
其实大可不必担心,价格上涨是公司经营中的很正常的一部分,而且有多种方法可以在不吓跑客户的前提下提高价格,前提是要把握一些原则:
1、提前让客户知道
在涨价前,要预先给客户通知,最好提前1-2个月,并做详细的说明,留给客户充足的时间来调整他的销售价格。
2、明确提价的原因
如果客户已经购买同一种产品几个月或几年了,这使得你和外贸客户强调产品质量的重要性至关重要。
例如,随着一些原材料越来越稀缺和昂贵,为了保持产品的质量,被迫提高使用这些材料的产品的价格。
3、给报价有效期
有些材料波动大的产品,在报价的时候,要给客户一个报价有效期限。虽然,有时候这个报价期限执行的并不多,但将来有一天你调整价格了,如果客户表示不满,你可以发这个给他看,你就主动了。
另外,也最好确定整个公司都知道涨价的消息,在成本差异、理由和物流等方面保持一致的声音,避免一些不必要的麻烦。
